Meeting Space

Eligible Organizations

Tribal departments, tribal membership, nonprofit organizations, professional associations and affiliate organizations may request to use the Southern Ute Museum’s meeting space.

Rooms Available for Use

The Museum’s meeting rooms consists of two meeting spaces.

2nd Level Conference Room: Seating capacity 10-20. Rectangular tables can be arranged roundtable style or separately.

Large Classroom: Seating capacity 30-70 classroom style, depending on table arrangements.  6’ X 3” foot rectangular tables (seating capacity 2-5), six foot diameter round tables (seating capacity 8 people), and two foot diameter round tables (seating capacity 2-3) are available.

Welcome Gallery: Special tribal department/affiliate events only.

Hours of Use

2nd Level Conference Room: available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., and Saturday 10:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.

Large Classroom: available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.

Please note: The Large Classroom is not available evenings or holidays.
